Abstract:
On September 17, a patient’s family reported that when they raised money on the Shuidichou platform, they were prompted to charge a service fee of 8% of the cash withdrawal amount and a third-party payment channel fee of 0.6% of the cash withdrawal amount. The patient’s family applied to withdraw 6,831 yuan, but was charged a service fee of 546.48 yuan and a third-party payment channel fee of 41.04 yuan. The patient's family members questioned that the 8% service fee was too high.
On September 18, Shuidichou customer service told Zheng News,
Fundraising initiated from August 15 this year will charge an 8% platform service fee, compared with the previous 6%.
As for the reason for the increase in service fees, Shuidichiou customer service stated that it is to provide users with high-quality services on a sustainable basis.
