On August 28, Li Auto’s official Weibo post warmed up the new generation MEGA model, announcing that the “Panda White” pearl paint has been upgraded again and will also be equipped with exclusive white flying saucer wheels.
Li Auto has previously confirmed that the new generation MEGA will be
officially released on September 2
. For reference, in June this year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the 408th batch of new product announcements in the "Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products", and Ideal MEGA Home completed the application.The length, width and height of the car are 5355mm×1965mm×1850mm respectively, the wheelbase reaches 3300mm, the curb weight is 2925kg, and the top speed is 200km/h.
In terms of power, the car is equipped with two motors, produced by Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Ideal Drive Technology Co., Ltd., with powers of 155kW and 258kW respectively. The energy storage device is a ternary lithium-ion power battery, which is produced individually by Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and assembled by Ningde Jiaocheng Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
The car introduces new semi-hidden door handles, and adds side and rear-facing solid-state lidars. The number of lidars in the vehicle is also increased from 1 to 4.
