iPhone15Pro and iPhone15ProMax bring a series of upgrades, including a new titanium alloy body, but even this is not enough to gain positive feedback from users. In fact, according to a new survey of more than 700,000 user-generated Google reviews, more and more users are beginning to point out various aspects of Apple's latest "Pro" models that left them disappointed after buying them.

Compared with ordinary models, the more expensive iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max have worse user feedback.

Previously, the latest data from PerfectRec showed that the user satisfaction of the latest iPhone 15 Pro is the lowest among all high-end iPhone models previously launched, and the 5-star praise rate has dropped from 72% in October 2023 to 68% now.

Among the many complaints were poor battery life, and some talked about the protruding rear camera, which makes it difficult to lay the device completely flat. Other complaints include a lack of convincing upgrades compared to the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, which is strange because earlier reports suggested that the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max actually have more upgrade highlights than the previous generation.

The iPhone 15 Pro was not the only model with a decline in user satisfaction in January. Compared with December, the proportion of buyers who left five-star reviews fell for all iPhone models. The biggest drop was for the iPhone 15 Plus, which is typically the worst-rated model of its generation. The monthly decline in satisfaction is statistically significant across all iPhone 15 models.

As user satisfaction declines, iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus users are somewhat more likely to buy them than those who upgrade to higher-end phones. In January 2024, the five-star rating of iPhone 15 was 78%, while that of iPhone 15 Plus was 73.5%, which was higher than iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
