The Optics Valley Transportation public account stated that at 10 a.m. on September 26, the Wuhan Optics Valley Sky Rail Tourism Line was opened for operation. This is also the first suspended sky rail line in China to be opened for operation. According to reports, the Optics Valley Sky Rail Tourist Line is located in the Optics Valley Central Ecological Corridor of Donghu High-tech Zone, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. It is one of the ecological corridor tourism supporting infrastructure and a tourism route planned and constructed to create a "three-way layout" of waterways, greenways and aerial rails in the Optics Valley Ecological Corridor.

Its planned total length is 26.7 kilometers. Currently, the first phase of the project is open. The line is 10.5 kilometers long and has a total of 6 stations, namely Jiufengshan Station, Gaoxin Avenue Station, Gaoxin 2nd Road Station, Gaoxin 4th Road Station, Comprehensive Protection Area Station, and Longquanshan Station. The sky rail can connect Wuhan's famous tourist attractions such as Jiufeng National Forest Park and Longquan Mountain Tomb of King Mingchu Archaeological Site Park at both ends.

The sky rail train operates in a fully automatic driverless mode with a maximum operating speed of 60 kilometers per hour. It is initially grouped into 2 cars and can accommodate up to more than 220 people. At the same time, it can be flexibly grouped between 2-3 cars to adapt to different passenger transportation needs.

Judging from the photo, the train is hanging under the bridge, giving it a futuristic sci-fi feel. At the same time, the train adopts an integrated design for commuting and sightseeing, takes advantage of three-dimensional air transportation, and adopts large-opening side windows.A transparent viewing window is installed on the floor of the carriage. The entire car has a 270° viewing function, which can bring a new riding experience to passengers and tourists.
