Today, the parent company of SpeedTest, a world-renowned network speed testing platformOokla released the third quarter mobile network speed test report in the Chinese market.This report mainly analyzes China's major operators and their 5G performance, different equipment manufacturers, and network speeds in different urban areas.

On the operator side, China Mobile ranked first with a median download speed of 179.81Mbps, China Telecom and China Unicom ranked second and third with 126.41Mbps and 118.63Mbps respectively.

on network stability, China Mobile once again ranked first with a stability of 95.6%, China Unicom and China Telecom were 94.1% and 93.5% respectively.

On 5G network speed, China Radio and Television ranked first with a median download speed of 297.59Mbps, China Mobile ranked second with 276.99Mbps, China Unicom and China Telecom's 5G download speeds were 230.02Mbps and 222.92Mbps respectively.

As for specific equipmentIn the third quarter, Apple's new iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro ranked in the top two with 286.08Mbps and 257.79Mbps respectively, while Huawei Mate40Pro+5G ranked third, with a median download speed of 244.92Mbps.

In terms of mobile phone manufacturers, Apple continues to rank first in the median download ranking, with an internet speed of 165.74Mbps; Honor follows closely at 149.75Mbps.

on a specific chip, Qualcomm's Snapdragon X70 is far ahead with a median download speed of 272.11Mbps, followed by the Snapdragon X65 and Kirin 9000E in second and third place.

As for various urban areas, the city with the fastest median download speed is Beijing, reaching 220.21Mbps, followed by Shanghai, Tianjin, Hangzhou, and Shenyang, ranking second to fifth respectively.
