Today, while Ookla, the parent company of SpeedTest, a world-renowned network speed testing platform, released the China Mobile Network Speed Test Report for the third quarter,China’s broadband network speed test report for the third quarter was also released.. The report mainly analyzes the network speed, latency, stability and broadband speed of China's fixed broadband operators in various regions.
In terms of broadband download speeds of various operators,China Unicom ranks first with a median download speed of 208.59Mbps, China Mobile and China Telecom ranked second and third, with speeds of 198.97Mbps and 158.67Mbps respectively.
In terms of network latency,China Telecom ranked first with a median latency of 23 milliseconds., followed by China Unicom at 25 milliseconds and China Mobile at 27 milliseconds.
In terms of network stability,China Mobile ranks first with a stability of 95.6%, while China Unicom and China Telecom ranked second and third with stability of 94.1% and 93.5% respectively.
In terms of network, it can be said that the three operators have their own advantages and disadvantages.
As for broadband speeds in various major cities,Tianjin leads the way with a median download speed of 284.90Mbps, while Beijing ranks second with a speed of 249.71Mbps., Shenyang, Shanghai and Nanjing ranked third, fourth and fifth respectively.
Among them, the median network delay in Shanghai was the lowest at only 13 milliseconds, while the network delay in Harbin, ranked 11th, reached 90 milliseconds.
