This "magic arrow" will carry out the launch mission of the Shenzhou manned spacecraft in 2024.In order to complete the final assembly and testing work of the rocket with high quality, high efficiency and high benefits, the final assembly department of the 211 Factory of the First Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology Group overcame the challenges of tight final assembly pace and shortage of personnel, planned and coordinated the deployment in advance, and carried out a comprehensive technical explanation of each system.
During the disclosure process, the workshop further clarified key points, identified risks, optimized the final assembly process, and formulated prevention and control measures.
At the same time, the employees responsible for the final assembly test of the rocket conducted in-depth discussions in advance on the operational difficulties, operating techniques and operational items that should be paid special attention to during the final assembly process to ensure that all requirements are clear.
At 11:13 on October 26, the Long March 2F Yao 17 rocket successfully launched the Shenzhou 17 spacecraft, successfully sending the three astronauts Tang Hongbo, Tang Shengjie, and Jiang Xinlin into the predetermined orbit, starting a half-year journey to the Chinese Space Station.
In accordance with China's manned spaceflight principle of "one launch, one backup," the Long March 2F Yao 18 rocket and the Shenzhou 18 spacecraft have entered a state of readiness.
As a result, the Long March 2F Yaojiu rocket will launch the Shenzhou 20 spacecraft in about a year.
