While all eyes are on NVIDIA potentially releasing a few super variant graphics cards in January, that hasn't stopped a new leak about the RTX 4090Ti (aka TitanAda), which will arrive at some point ahead of the RTX 5000 series. The latest leaked images show that this huge four-slot graphics card makes the TitanRTX graphics card look very small.
The now-deleted images appeared on Reddit (via VideoCardz). As seen in previous leaks in January and July, the four-slot design features a vertical printed circuit board and an unusual vertical arrangement of four display outputs.
Previously rumored graphics card specifications stated that the RTX4090Ti will have built-in 24GB 24Gbps video memory and a slightly smaller version of AD102, with 18,176 Cuda cores, 192 ROPs, 568 TMUs, 96MB L2 cache and a 384-bit memory bus. Its TDP is also said to be as high as 600W. There is news that it may also be priced at around US$2,000-2,500.
In comparison, the RTX4090 with AD102-300-A1 has 16984 Cuda cores, 176 ROPs, 512 TMUs, 72MB L2 cache, and 450WTDP. Its suggested retail price is $1,599.
The AD102 configuration of the RTX4090Ti is similar to the AD102 configuration used in the RTX6000 Ada generation graphics cards aimed at the professional and enterprise market, but this product that costs more than $7,000 has 48GB GDDR6, 18176 CUDA cores and 300WTDP.
In July of this year, we heard that NVIDIA decided to cancel the RTX 4090Ti before it was released. But as we said at the time, it's always possible that TeamGreen decides to release the card at a later date. The fact that the recent image was removed from the poster suggests that this may be the case.
NVIDIA appears to be releasing three new graphics cards - RTX 4080 Super, RTX 4070 Super and RTX 4070 Ti Super - in January, and has announced a special presentation at CES, where it is expected to release the next generation of Lovelace products. Since the RTX 5000 series won't arrive until 2025, the arrival of a new consumer-grade flagship product is unlikely.
