San Jose is the headquarters of Google and Apple. Samsung Electronics reportedly considered San Jose, as well as San Francisco and Seoul, South Korea. Samsung chose San Jose as the launch location for the S24 series, which is believed to be based on considerations such as cooperation with Google and competition with Apple.
