All costs for full-time takeaway riders to pay five social insurances and one fund, including personal contributions, will be borne by JD.com to ensure that the rider’s cash income will never be reduced due to the payment of five insurances and one fund. This measure includes existing riders and new riders.

As the first platform to pay five insurances and one fund for food delivery riders, JD.com has been rapidly and orderly promoting the payment of five insurances and one fund for full-time riders across the country since March 1. Every working day, more than 500 riders sign up and receive five insurances and one fund at JD.com’s expense. In the future, it will continue to expand the scale of full-time riders. This not only reflects that JD.com attaches great importance to protecting the rights and interests of riders, but also reflects its responsibility and responsibility to lead the healthy development of the industry.

Since its official launch on February 11, JD.com has now covered 126 cities across the country and has more than 400,000 high-quality dine-in restaurant stores. Consumers can log in to the JD App homepage and place orders through the "Quality Takeout" portal.

Jingdong Takeout has always adhered to the concept of "quality takeout", recruiting only "quality dine-in restaurants", and also launched a "0 commission" policy. Merchants settled before May 1, 2025 will be commission-free throughout the year.
