In response to the increasingly serious threat of malicious applications such as AI face-changing, Lenovo Group has launched a significant AI anti-fraud technology - "Deepfake Technology Detector". In a promotional video released today by Lenovo Group, "Using AI to Protect AI," Lenovo showed more details of this technology, which can accurately identify various Deepfake face-swapping forgeries and effectively curb the spread of AI fraud. It is understood that the accuracy of this detector is as high as 96%.

It is reported that Lenovo’s “Deepfake Deep Forgery Technology Detector” is built based on the DeepSeek open source large model and can be deployed to run locally on an AI PC. In terms of technical principles, it uses advanced deep learning algorithms to conduct in-depth analysis of subtle features in images and videos. By building a complex neural network model, the detector can learn the subtle differences between real faces and Deepfake faces, thereby accurately determining whether a video or image has been processed by AI face-changing.

In an online video conference scenario, when a user accesses the conference, the system can detect the videos of participants in real time. Once it is discovered that the other party's video may be forged by AI, a prompt will be issued to the user immediately, effectively enhancing the security of the meeting. During social media browsing, this technology can automatically scan video content and mark videos that are suspected of AI face-changing. This not only helps ordinary users easily identify the authenticity of videos and avoid being misled by false information, but also helps maintain a healthy ecology of social media platforms and reduce the spread of false information. When users use AI PCs, the system can perceive the security risks of AI face-changing in real time and issue early warnings to users in a timely manner. Whether in daily office, entertainment or other usage scenarios, users can receive comprehensive security protection.

This technology has now achieved a wide range of application adaptations and can run on a variety of devices such as laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile phones.
