On April 18, Lingyue Digital Information Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of BMW Brilliance, announced that it has reached an in-depth cooperation with the cloud service platform Volcano Engine, a subsidiary of ByteDance. The two parties will focus on the innovative application of artificial intelligence in automobile marketing services, use AI+ scenarios to efficiently match products and car purchase suggestions, and provide accurate content guidance to comprehensively improve the user car purchase experience and dealer operation efficiency. This is an important step to increase the application of localized AI technology after BMW released its "360-degree full-chain AI strategy" last month.

According to the cooperation agreement, Lingyue Company will join forces with Volcano Engine to develop customized online intelligent marketing tools based on large model technology, semantic understanding and scenario-based service capabilities. Specific application scenarios include: using AI algorithms to accurately match car models and user needs and provide personalized car purchase recommendations; using real-time intelligent customer service to reduce information overload and shorten user decision-making cycles; and creating an immersive digital interactive experience. For example, when users browse BMW content on Douyin, the system can automatically recommend nearby dealers and adaptive configuration plans, and complete seamless docking through 7×24-hour online customer service.
