Recently, a missing express delivery incident occurred in Nan'an City, Fujian Province. A woman reported that she encountered malicious behavior by a ZTO courier. Not only was her courier stolen, but she was also beaten up by the courier. At the time of the incident, the Zhongtong courier called the woman to inform her that the courier had been delivered. The woman clearly instructed the courier on the phone to place the courier at the designated courier station.

However, when the woman went to the post station to pick up the package, she found that the courier had disappeared.

After discovering that the express delivery was missing, the woman immediately called the ZTO Express customer service number to complain.

Subsequently, Zhongtong paid a return visit. What was unexpected was that the courier claimed that the courier had been delivered, and also accused the woman of maliciously complaining after taking the courier.

In order to find out the truth, the woman went to the express station to retrieve the surveillance video.Surveillance footage showed that the courier made a false signature and staged a "self-directed and self-acted" farce of stealing the express delivery.

The woman said that after discovering that the courier was stolen, she tried to contact the courier and the outlet many times, but no one answered the phone.

In desperation, she complained to ZTO headquarters, but as of now (November 27), she has not received any reply, and the stolen express has not been returned.

The woman complained about the courier's "thief shouting to catch the thief" and reminded netizens to be more vigilant to avoid similar violations.

As of the deadline for this article, according to media reports, the official certified account of ZTO Express has left a message in the comment area of the relevant video posted by the woman, saying that it will follow up on the matter.
