The domestic nine-valent HPV vaccine was officially launched at Beijing Aerospace Center Hospital.This marks that women aged 9 to 45 in Beijing have a new option for more comprehensive protection and more economical vaccination in preventing cervical cancer.This vaccine is independently developed by my country and the second approved nine-valent HPV vaccine in the world. Its introduction has broken the long-term market monopoly of imported vaccines.
It is understood that this domestic nine-valent HPV vaccine was jointly developed by the team of Professor Xia Ningshao of Xiamen University, Xiang'an Innovation Laboratory, and Wantai Biotech. It was officially approved by the state for marketing in June this year.
