At 23:27 on December 17, Beijing time, SpaceX launched the Falcon 9 rocket numbered B1063.30 from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. This is SpaceX’s third Falcon 9 rocket to be reused 30 times! The first one was B1067, which achieved this achievement on August 28 this year, but it has not yet conducted its 31st go-around.
Musk once said that there is no limit to the number of times the Falcon 9 rocket can be reused.
B1063.30 launched another batch of Starlink satellites this time. About six minutes later, the booster landed steadily on the deck of the SpaceX unmanned recovery ship "Of Course I Still Love You" in the Pacific Ocean.
SpaceX has two more launches planned this month.Unless something unexpected happens, the Falcon 9 rocket will end this year with 167 launches, setting a new high.
