According to exposed internal emails, Maimai CEO Lin Fan said that the economic environment continues to be under pressure this year, and Maimai is experiencing unprecedented challenges and pressures. Especially in the second quarter of this year, the income gap is large from expectations, which affects the performance of the entire year, so the benefits of migrant workers need to be adjusted.
The following welfare policy adjustments will be implemented from December 2023:The first is to cancel free breakfast, lunch and dinner meals and related subsidies starting next Monday, and the second is to lower the provident fund ratio to 5%.
According to public information, Maimai was founded in October 2013. It adopts a real-name identity authentication system and uses workplace information generated by real employees to propose the concepts of "real professional image" and "network sharing" for the first time in China.

In 2023, thank you all for your hard work and unremitting efforts in the company throughout the year. As you may have felt, the economic environment continues to be under pressure this year, and cost reduction and efficiency improvement are almost one of the most important goals of all companies.
The company is also experiencing unprecedented challenges and pressures. Especially in the second quarter of this year, the revenue gap was large from expectations, which affected the performance of the entire year. In the face of pressure, after careful consideration, we will adjust some welfare policies with immediate effect to ensure the company's continued and steady development.
The following welfare policy adjustments will be implemented from December 2023:
1. The company will cancel free breakfast, lunch and dinner meals and related subsidies starting from December 18.
2. The provident fund payment ratio is reduced to 5%. The payment ratio is in line with the country's provident fund policy, and the company continues to pay provident funds for employees every month in accordance with regulations.
