AMD's latest version, FSR 4.1, seems to have entered the final preparation stage. Some users found a new version of the amdxcffx64.dll file on AMD's official download server. The file version number is 2.2.0.1328, which is a step further than the previously leaked version 2.1.0.968, suggesting that a new generation of super-resolution technology is expected to be released soon.

AMD's public download directory shows that the file warehouse was updated on March 11, and two DLL files on March 2 (13.8MB) and March 12 (16.8MB) are stored in the subfolder.
Although this is not official confirmed evidence, it does confirm that AMD is updating this key component. The latest driver for RX 9070 XT is Adrenalin 26.2.2.
AMD introduced FSR Redstone support in Adrenalin 25.12.1, but it is still in the technical preview stage, mainly for new generation graphics cards such as Radeon RX 9070, RX 9070 XT and RX 9060 XT, and only provides support in a very small number of games.
However, Crimson Desert, which will be released on March 19, has been confirmed to support FSR 3/4 and FSR light regeneration technology. AMD has also included it in the list of key promotion games, making it an ideal display platform for the new FSR version.
