China Mobile Communications Group Shandong Co., Ltd. issued an announcement on the adjustment of card replacement (replacement) fees, clarifying that starting from May 7, 2026, the mobile phone SIM card replacement and replacement business within the province will be fully charged, and free services will no longer be provided.The announcement shows that the charging standards are divided by card type. The replacement fee for ordinary USIM cards is 20 yuan each time, and the replacement fee for super SIM cards is 25 yuan each time.
When handling card replacement business through online channels, in addition to the corresponding card fees, mailing fees will still be collected in accordance with the current standards. The details are subject to the processing page.
This policy is a regional adjustment of Shandong Mobile and is not a unified national policy of China Mobile.
Previously, China Mobile has implemented replacement card charging policies in Shanxi, Henan and other provinces, while Beijing, Shanghai, Fujian and other regions have not yet issued similar adjustment announcements.
