Recently, AirAsia flight D7809 from Chongqing to Kuala Lumpur was severely delayed due to a female passenger causing trouble in the cabin. The woman was so emotional that she threatened to "don't fly if we can't solve the problem." She also forced foreign airline passengers to communicate in Chinese throughout the entire journey, which aroused strong dissatisfaction among passengers on the same plane.

After the incident, the woman claimed to be a China Southern Airlines stewardess. Today, China Southern Airlines officially responded. After verification, it was confirmed that the woman was not an employee of China Southern Airlines and had no connection with China Southern Airlines.

According to passengers on the same flight, the conflict began when the woman was talking loudly on the phone for a long time in the cabin because her friend was not able to board the plane.

The Malaysian passenger sitting next to him reminded him to lower his volume, and an argument ensued.

After the other party took out his mobile phone to take pictures, the woman asked to delete the photos, and the conflict at the scene further escalated.

When the AirAsia flight attendant came to the scene to coordinate, the woman refused to communicate in English, angrily scolded the crew for "flying an international flight because they don't know Chinese", and insisted on full Chinese service. The on-site mediation was still unable to reach an agreement.

In order to ensure the order and safety of the flight, the crew decided to slide back to the parking position and call the police.

After the police arrived at the scene, they took the woman off the plane for further treatment. As a result, the flight was delayed for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, disrupting the itinerary plans of many passengers.

Many transit passengers who bought connecting tickets missed their subsequent flights after arriving in Kuala Lumpur and were forced to stay there for one night. All their pre-booked hotels and itineraries were cancelled, causing considerable economic losses.

At present, Chongqing Airport Public Security stated that the incident is still under investigation and will be handled in accordance with laws and regulations.
