-Since July 5, the criminal suspect Yu has posted information on an online trading platform to obtain concert tickets for customers at a service fee of 700 yuan per order. After obtaining the customer's entrustment, log in to the ticket purchaser's real-name account on the ticket sales platform, reserve the corresponding concert venue and time, use plug-in software and other criminal tools, illegally control computer mobile terminal equipment to simulate clicker automatic clicks, and break the corresponding restrictions on the ticket sales platform to achieve automatic ticket grabbing. As of the incident, he had robbed 15 orders for others, making a profit of more than 10,000 yuan. Currently, Yu has been criminally detained on suspicion of illegally obtaining computer information system data.
-Since July 10, the illegal person Hua has posted advertisements for concert ticket auctions through social networking platforms to solicit buyers. In order to improve the success rate of grabbing tickets, Hua used an automatic clicking tool purchased online to connect multiple mobile phones, and simulated manual physical clicking on the ticket purchase page to grab tickets. After the transaction, each ticket was charged a service fee ranging from 800 to 1,500 yuan. As of the incident, Hua successfully obtained tickets for 8 buyers, making a total profit of more than 9,000 yuan. Currently, Hua is under administrative detention for disturbing the order of the unit.
-Since July 15, Chen, a criminal, has posted traffic-draining advertisements on an online trading platform, bidding for concert tickets at a service fee of 1,200 yuan each to attract customers and obtain buyers’ ticket information. Then use the ticket purchaser's account to log in to the ticket purchase platform, and use plug-in software to simulate real-person click operations to realize reservation and purchase tickets. Although Chen failed to grab tickets successfully, his behavior of using plug-in software to grab tickets has disrupted the normal order of ticketing. Currently, Chen is fined for disrupting order in the unit.
