Transmission electron microscopy has extremely high industry monopoly and technical threshold, and well-known foreign brand companies occupy a major share of the global transmission electron microscopy market. Previously, my country's transmission electron microscopes were 100% dependent on imports, and localization was still blank.

The first new transmission electron microscope product TH-F120 launched this time,It has a self-developed high-brightness field emission electron gun. Compared with the thermal emission electron gun of the same level of imported products, it has higher brightness and better emission stability and coherence.Matching the self-developed electromagnetic lens system, the electronic optical design is specially optimized for the 120kV imaging platform, which can bring users better image contrast and resolution. The self-developed high-stability, low-ripple high-voltage power supply realizes automatic high-voltage control and ensures stable emission of the electron gun. At the same time, the standard self-developed high-pixel CMOS camera can still present rich sample details under low electron dose conditions.
