[Technical failure reappears in the British air traffic control system, flight delays in some areas] September 21, local time, September 21, the British National Air Traffic Management Company (NATS) stated that its air traffic control center in Prestwick, Scotland, experienced a technical failure, resulting in flight delays in northern England, Scotland and some related airspaces.
