[Saudi Arabia informs Asian refiners that they will soon be able to receive oil at Yanbu Port] September 22nd, several Asian refiners have received informal notifications from Saudi Aramco that they will soon be able to receive crude oil at Yanbu Port on the Red Sea. On September 10, the East-West oil pipeline was closed after being attacked by drones from Iraq, and crude oil loading operations at Yanbu Port almost came to a complete standstill. At least two European refiners were informed that their October long-term agreement crude oil quotas will all be cancelled.
