The legal representative is Guo Jianwen, with a registered capital of 5.6 billion yuan. Its business scope includes power generation business, power transmission business, power supply (distribution) business, hydropower generation, etc. Shareholder information shows that the company is held 89% and 11% respectively by Huaneng Lancang Upper Hydropower Co., Ltd. and CATL New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., both subsidiaries of Huaneng Hydropower.
