[LG Energy Solution reaches a four-year lithium concentrate supply agreement with a Canadian company] October 8th, South Korean battery manufacturer LG Energy Solution Ltd. said on October 8 that it had signed a long-term agreement with a Canadian company to ensure the supply of lithium concentrate. Under the agreement, Elevra Lithium will supply 240,000 metric tons of lithium concentrate to LG Energy Solutions over four years starting later this year. LG Energy Solutions anticipates that this supply agreement will help enhance its ability to meet local customer needs while supporting the rapid growth of the North American energy storage system (ESS) market.
