[The real estate market in key cities continues to be highly active during the "Golden Nine" period] October 10th, as policy dividends continue to be implemented and housing consumption demand continues to be released, the real estate market continues to pick up in September, with second-hand housing transactions in key cities increasing, and the "Golden Nine" performance is outstanding. Data from the China Index Research Institute shows that in September, second-hand housing activity continued to run at a high level, with 119,000 second-hand housing transactions in the 20 key cities, a year-on-year increase of 7.4%. In the first nine months of this year, 1.118 million second-hand residential units were sold in the 20 key cities, a year-on-year increase of 6.4%. Among them, the second-hand housing market transactions in cities such as Beijing and Shanghai continued to increase. In September, 16,000 and 24,000 second-hand housing units were sold in Beijing and Shanghai respectively, representing month-on-month increases of 13.7% and 3.3% respectively. It is worth noting that Shanghai’s second-hand housing transaction volume increased by 17.2% year-on-year in September, increasing year-on-year for seven consecutive months. (Securities Daily)
