The new regulations are planned to require the establishment of a professional think tank and forward-looking research results transformation mechanism, the establishment of special research topics, increased investment in research and development in cutting-edge fields such as green finance, ESG management, and cross-border comprehensive services, so as to promote the efficient use of research results to empower business and product innovation; and establish a hierarchical cultivation system for professional capabilities, focusing on core capabilities such as investment bank pricing, in-depth research, and asset allocation, to build a precise training system adapted to the new situation and new regulatory requirements, form professional talent training and ability evaluation standards that advance with the times, and promote the precipitation of professional cultural concepts into reusable capability assets at the industry level.
