[The China Securities Association plans to require securities companies to promote cultural construction in accordance with the rhythm of "building a mechanism in one year, achieving results in three years, and becoming the norm in five years"] On October 16, reporters learned that the China Securities Association has drafted the "Opinions on Further Deepening the Cultural Construction of the Securities Industry" and is soliciting ideas from securities companies. The new regulations plan to require each securities firm to formulate a five-year special plan for cultural construction and an annual implementation plan, and advance it in accordance with the gradient rhythm of "one year to build the mechanism, three years to achieve results, and five years to become the norm": complete the current status survey and shortcoming diagnosis within one year, and improve the three major systems of organizational leadership, system standards, and assessment and evaluation; achieve substantive results in three years, and a differentiated and characteristic development pattern has initially taken shape; and achieve a comprehensive transformation from rigid constraints of the system to conscious behavior of all employees in five years.
