The attack caused two substations to be shut down, about 20,000 people were without power, and debris fell, causing injuries. On the same day, the mayor of St. Petersburg, Russia, stated that a drone attack killed one local person and injured five others. Earlier that day, Russia reported that an e-commerce logistics center in St. Petersburg was attacked by a drone and its employees had been evacuated.
