[Ricoh will build a perovskite solar cell factory in Japan] October 27th, Ricoh issued a statement on October 27th stating that the company will establish an inkjet printing perovskite solar cell production base at the Ricoh Industrial Northeast Base in Miyagi Prefecture, with the goal of achieving an annual production capacity of hundreds of megawatts (MW) by 2030, and expanding to a gigawatt (GW) level production scale in the future. The company said the plan has been selected for Japan's GX (Green Transformation) supply chain development support project.
