[Anthropic's new stock subscription quota is scarce, Asian investors turn to indirect target betting] On October 28, the AI company Anthropic is about to launch an equity issuance, with a valuation that may reach approximately US$1.5 trillion, but it is highly unlikely that Asian investors will directly participate in the subscription. Investors have begun to plan for companies that hold shares in Anthropic, futures products linked to its valuation, and chip manufacturers and hardware suppliers that are expected to benefit from the AI capital expenditures brought about by this IPO. Companies that can be Anthropic's indirect investment targets include TSMC, SK Hynix, Samsung Electronics, SK Telecom and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. These companies are related to Anthropic through investment or cooperation.
