The dumping investigation period in this case is from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, and the damage investigation period is from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2026. The product involved in the case is 48 British-made products (Ne 48) and above cotton yarn, whether or not blended with synthetic fibers or man-made fibers, whether combed or carded, involves products under Pakistan tax numbers 5205.1500, 5205.2600, 5205.2700, 5205.2800, 5205.3500, 5205.4600, 5205.4700, 5205.4800. It is expected that the preliminary ruling will be made within 60 to 180 days from the date of filing the case.
