[Kioxia expects revenue in the third fiscal quarter to reach 2.5 trillion yen, demand for AI data centers continues to be strong] On October 30, Kioxia expects to achieve revenue of 2.5 trillion yen, operating profit of 1.995 trillion yen, and net profit attributable to the parent company of 1.36 trillion yen in the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 (October to December 2026). The company said that data center demand is expected to remain strong, but due to factors such as exchange rates, revenue and profit in the third quarter are expected to be roughly the same as in the second quarter. In the second quarter, SSD and storage business revenue was 1.616 trillion yen, and smart device business revenue was 788.9 billion yen.
