[From "monthly statistics" to "hourly accounting", Ningxia completes the first hourly green electricity transaction] On November 2, according to the Ningxia Electricity Trading Company, Ningxia recently completed the first hourly green electricity transaction electricity fee settlement in the province. Green electricity transactions changed from "monthly statistics" to "hourly accounting", and the green electricity power achieved hourly traceability of the entire process of production, trading, settlement, and write-off. In this transaction, Qingtongxia Aluminum Co., Ltd. reached a deal with Wuzhong No. 62 Photovoltaic Power Station, transacting 39 million kilowatt-hours of green power. In order to realize this trading model, Ningxia has continued to promote the formulation of trading rules and the construction of platform functions since this year, and compiled the "Ningxia Hourly Green Electricity Trading Implementation Plan." In the future, Ningxia will continue to improve the hourly green electricity trading mechanism to provide market support for new energy consumption and the green and low-carbon transformation of energy consumption.
