[Over 76 million yuan in Nvidia goods mysteriously disappeared] On November 8, the police in Oakland, California, USA, are currently investigating a case of theft of goods involving the technology company Nvidia. The stolen items were AI chips and computer hardware worth up to US$11.4 million (approximately 76.1 million yuan). Analysts said this may be a well-planned theft targeting high-tech companies. According to the case, a truck carrying NVIDIA cargo departed from Oakland, California, on August 29 this year, and was originally scheduled to be transported to Fort Worth, Texas. The pickup process was in accordance with the original arrangement, but the truck eventually lost contact, and the victim reported the case to the police on September 13. Police traced the truck and found that it had made multiple stops along the way, lasting several hours at a time, before eventually disappearing in San Bernardino County in southeastern California. So far, the police have not arrested any suspects. Experts also said that the selling price of this batch of chips outside the United States is nearly twice that in the United States, and they cannot rule out the possibility that the stolen goods have been transferred out of the country. It is reported that this is not the first time that Nvidia has encountered cargo theft. (CCTV Finance)
