[The behavior of matter in the quantum world is consistent with Einstein's gravity theory] On September 4, an international research team directly observed the effect of gravity on free-falling quantum objects for the first time. The experimental results showed that the behavior of matter in the quantum world is consistent with the core principles of Einstein's gravity theory. This experiment pushed quantum mechanics to the frontier of gravity. The research was jointly completed by several institutions including Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel, the University of Ulm in Germany, and the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. The relevant paper was published in the journal Science Advances on the 2nd.
