[Source: More than half of Samsung's 4nm production capacity has been allocated to HBM4 chips] "Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily" reported on the 8th that Samsung Electronics plans to significantly increase the supply of HBM4 starting from the third quarter of this year. To this end, the company has significantly increased its wafer investment in HBM4 chips since the middle of this year to enable large-scale mass production. The chip is manufactured using Samsung Wafer Foundry’s 4nm (SF4) process.
