[China releases "Intelligent Ore Seeking" system for the first time in the world] On September 11, the Ministry of Natural Resources officially released the "Intelligent Ore Seeking (AI-OreSeeking)" system (hereinafter referred to as the "System") for the first time in the world at the 2026 China International Mining Conference. The system was independently developed by the China Geological Survey and provides a one-stop intelligent solution for mineral resource prediction and evaluation. It marks that geological prospecting work has officially entered a new stage from "experience-driven" to "intelligent-driven", bringing a new technical paradigm to the global mineral exploration field. In terms of application scenarios, the system can adapt to the needs of multiple mineral types and multi-stage mineral exploration work. In terms of mineral coverage, the system can be applied to the investigation, exploration and evaluation of solid mineral resources such as gold, iron, copper, aluminum, lithium, cobalt, nickel, lead-zinc, chromium, potash, uranium and other solid mineral resources.
