Support enterprises to take the lead in forming innovation consortiums, integrate superior scientific research forces inside and outside the region to carry out collaborative research, and deeply integrate into the national biomanufacturing innovation network. Strengthen the design of the entire industry chain standard system, coordinate and promote the formulation, implementation and application of standards, deploy standard research and development in key links and frontier areas in advance, support enterprises, universities, scientific research institutions, etc. to lead or participate in the formulation and revision of national, industry, group and enterprise standards, and enhance the voice of standards.
