[The State Administration for Market Regulation publicly solicits opinions on the key points and judgment principles for the registration of infant formula milk powder and formula foods for special medical purposes] September 14th, in accordance with the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and its implementation regulations, "Measures for the Registration and Management of Infant Formula Milk Powder Product Formulas" and "Formulas for Special Medical Purposes" According to the relevant provisions of the Registration Management Measures, the State Administration for Market Regulation has revised and formed the "Key Points and Judgment Principles for On-site Inspection and Judgment of Infant Formula Milk Powder Product Formula Registration (Draft for Comments)" and the "Key Points and Judgment Principles for On-site Inspection and Judgment of Registered Manufacturers of Formula Foods for Special Medical Purposes (Draft for Comment)", which are now open to the public for comments. All relevant units and individuals are welcome to propose revisions and feedback to the State Administration for Market Regulation before October 14, 2026.
