["Artificial Intelligence Security Governance Framework 3.0" released] On September 14th, at the opening ceremony of the 2026 National Cyber ​​Security Publicity Week, the National Cyber ​​Security Standardization Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Cybersecurity Standardization Committee") released the "Artificial Intelligence Security Governance Framework 3.0" (hereinafter referred to as "Framework 3.0"). To implement the Global Artificial Intelligence Governance Initiative, the Cybersecurity Standards Committee released the "Artificial Intelligence Security Governance Framework 1.0" and "Artificial Intelligence Security Governance Framework 2.0" in 2024 and 2025, which have attracted widespread attention from all walks of life. In order to respond to new trends in the development of artificial intelligence and respond to new challenges in security governance, under the guidance of the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Cybersecurity Standards Committee organized professional institutions, scientific research institutes, and industry enterprises such as the China Cyberspace Academy and the Data and Technology Assurance Center of the Cyberspace Administration of China to research and compile the Framework 3.0. "Framework 3.0" adheres to the concept of people-oriented and upward goodness, adheres to and practices the guiding principles of strengthening risk awareness and ensuring safety and controllability, and continues the core logic of "risk classification, technical response, and comprehensive governance". It has sorted out and updated the risk classification with the times, optimized and adjusted technical response and comprehensive governance measures to promote the improvement of artificial intelligence safety governance consensus and risk prevention and response capabilities, and ensure that artificial intelligence technology benefits mankind.
