The annual average concentration of fine particulate matter has stabilized below 15 micrograms/cubic meter across the entire region. The proportion of Class I-III water quality in the national-controlled sections of the main river basins has remained 100%. The proportion of excellent water bodies has continued to increase. The proportion of excellent water quality in coastal sea areas has reached more than 95%. The stability of ecosystem diversity has been steadily improved. The proportion of "Beautiful Series" has been completed at about 50%, forming a number of landmark achievements in practical innovation and institutional innovation in the construction of pioneer areas. By the end of 2030, carbon reduction, pollution reduction, and green growth will be effectively coordinated, green production and lifestyles will be widely formed, total carbon emissions will reach a peak, the ecological environment will fundamentally improve, a large-scale protection and governance pattern from mountaintops to oceans will be basically formed, and the Beautiful China pilot zone will be basically completed, supporting new and significant progress in the construction of Beautiful China.
