[The Hong Kong SAR Government will promote the comprehensive upgrade of CEPA] September 16th, Hong Kong SAR Chief Executive Lee Ka-chiu announced the "First Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (2026-2030)" today (September 16), and immediately released the "Chief Executive's 2026 Policy Address". Li Jiachao proposed in the Policy Address that the Hong Kong SAR government will promote the comprehensive upgrade of CEPA.
