The "Plan" is based on Zhongguancun's positioning as the main position of Beijing (Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei) International Science and Technology Innovation Center, focuses on continuously polishing Zhongguancun's "golden sign", clarifies the overall requirements, development goals and nine key tasks for Zhongguancun to build a world-leading science and technology park during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, and systematically plans a blueprint for the construction and development of Zhongguancun in the new era.
