Abstract:
On August 25th, Apple officially released a new Mac mini portable host, equipped with a new M6 chip and M5 Pro chip. Pre-orders will start today and will be officially released on September 22nd.

The M6 chip is equipped with a 12-core CPU and a 12-core GPU. For the first time, a neural network accelerator in each GPU core is integrated on the Mac mini. AI performance is increased by up to 4 times, and graphics processing speed is increased by 2 times compared with the M4 chip. The M6 version starts at 6,999 yuan (16GB+256GB), with up to 32GB of unified memory optional.

The M5 Pro chip is equipped with up to 18-core CPU and 20-core GPU, supports up to 64GB of unified memory, and has a memory bandwidth of 307GB/s. The M5 Pro version starts at 12,999 yuan (16GB+512GB). The new Mac mini supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 technology, and is equipped with a 2.5Gb Ethernet interface. The M5 Pro version is equipped with a Thunderbolt 5 interface.
