Abstract:
Recently, domestic automotive lighting leader Xingyu Co., Ltd. has been involved in a controversy over mass dismissal of fresh graduates. Affected by the recruitment pressure caused by the incident, the company has raised the wages of outsourced hourly workers, with hourly wages increasing by 1 yuan per hour.

According to the recruitment agency's disclosure to the media, starting from September 1, Xingyu Shares will increase the hourly employee retention bonus from 2 yuan/hour to 3 yuan/hour. After the adjustment, the salary standard for outsourced employees who remain on the job on the payday is 23 yuan/hour, consisting of a basic salary of 20 yuan plus a retention bonus of 3 yuan; if they are not on the job on the payday, the salary will still be settled at 20 yuan/hour.
Add a night shift subsidy of 20 yuan/night and a perfect attendance bonus of 300 yuan per month. Calculated based on a monthly working time of about 300 hours, the wages of outsourced hourly workers can reach about 8,500 yuan. The agency bluntly stated that the direct reason for this salary increase was the public controversy caused by the dismissal of fresh graduates, and the company had recruitment problems, so it raised wages to attract labor workers.
Previously, Xingyu Co., Ltd. exposed the incident of "resigning or screwing the assembly line" to persuade fresh graduates to quit, triggering heated discussions across the Internet. Later, the Changzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau determined that the company's communication methods were simple and blunt, and the human resources director involved was suspended. The company issued a public apology and implemented a relevant compensation plan. The crisis has also spread to the supply chain. Volkswagen has received relevant complaints and launched a special investigation.
