Recently, lawyer @武胜伟wsw posted on Weibo that a 60-year-old woman was guided by customer service to drive goods, which eventually led to multiple traffic accidents. According to his description, a traffic accident case he represented was in court, and the driver was an old woman in her sixties.
"At the end of the court session, I said in front of the judge and everyone present: Everyone present, the old lady is also here. If you were the reviewer and customer service officer of the platform, would you be embarrassed to trick her into opening Lalamove? This is not how your platform recruits drivers. After the court, I told the judge that I hope the judge will issue judicial advice to Lalamove. This cannot be done," the lawyer said.
In response to this matter, Lalamove had no response as of press time.
