With the exponential leap in the capabilities of cutting-edge artificial intelligence systems and the accelerated advancement of artificial general intelligence (AGI) technology, the research team of Google and its artificial intelligence research and development institution Google DeepMind recently officially announced the establishment of the "DeepMind Institute". The organization aims to build a global dialogue platform that brings together interdisciplinary forces and diverse perspectives to broaden the dimension of public discussions on AGI security boundaries, social governance mechanisms, and inclusive dividend distribution.

In the context of the rapid evolution of generative AI and autonomous agents (AI Agents), discussions on when AGI will be realized and how to control risks have evolved from academic deductions to core issues of global science and technology policy.
