Google is currently bringing an automatic backup function to Android devices through Google Play services updates: This function can automatically back up the media library content on the Android device to a Windows PC. The backup process does not require manual intervention by the user, that is, after configuration, the Android device can automatically back up.
The Quick Share function is Google's tool for sharing files between Android and Android, Android and Windows PC. Previously, users could already select photos in the mobile phone album and share them to Windows PC, but this process required the user to manually operate each time.
The new automatic backup function automatically executes its process in the background. Google clearly mentioned in the system service update instructions that you can use the quick share function to back up photos and videos on your Android device to a Windows PC. Users also have the option to back up content and enable backup manually.

To use this feature, users need to pre-install Quick Share for Windows launched by Google on their PC. This tool only supports the 64-bit version of Windows 10/11 and does not support the 32-bit version of the system. In addition, this tool does not currently support Samsung brand devices, including Samsung mobile phones and Samsung computers.
