Nintendo officially announced that it will hold two consecutive "Nintendo Direct" online release events next week. This marks a rare occasion in the company’s history to launch two full-spec face-to-face meetings in the same week, focusing respectively on the 40th anniversary celebration of the “Legend of Zelda” series and the blockbuster new work of the year on the latest hardware platform “Nintendo Switch 2”.
The first special face-to-face meeting is the exclusive press conference for the 40th anniversary of "The Legend of Zelda". It is scheduled to be officially broadcast at 7 a.m. Pacific time on September 8 (10 p.m. Beijing time on September 8) and will last about 30 minutes. Nintendo will announce a number of related plans and information to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the birth of this classic IP at this launch event.
